Description

This 4.2" E-Paper Display features a 400x300 pixel active area and grants a full 1-bit white/black viewing experience with high contrast, reflectance, and wide viewing angle. Its ultra-low power consumption, bi-stable operation within commercial temperature range, and landscape/portrait modes make it efficient and versatile. The COG package IC thickness is 280um and includes an on-chip display RAM, waveform stored in On-chip OTP, serial peripheral interface, on-chip oscillator, and an on-chip booster and regulator for VCOM, Gate, and source driving voltage.

What is an E-Paper?

E-Paper, short for Electronic Paper, is a type of display technology that aims to mimic the appearance of traditional paper and ink. It's designed to provide high contrast and readability in various lighting conditions, including direct sunlight, without the need for a backlight. E-Paper displays use tiny microcapsules containing charged particles suspended in a liquid to produce images.
